Kari Hogden Artist Gallery

As an artist, I have traveled to many places painting the changing landscape in
every season and light, but it is the things I know and love that inspire me the most; the birch trees I encounter on my walks, the rolling farmlands of Western Wisconsin or the exciting sightings I have of wildlife near home.

My goal as an artist is to breathe in the colors, the mood and the light of my subject matter and transform them to expressive brushstrokes that speak to the viewer.
